2. Dealer Subscriptions

2.1 Registration

Dealers must register and subscribe to a plan in order to list vehicles or contact potential buyers.

2.2 Subscription Plans

  • Subscription details (price, duration, features) are provided on the Site.

  • All fees are listed in Euro (€) and may include VAT.

  • Payments are processed securely via supported payment providers.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Dealers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued unless required by law.

  • The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

3. User Access and Conduct

3.1 General Users

  • General users (non-dealers) may browse listings and contact dealers directly via provided contact forms, emails, or phone numbers.

  • Users may not post, upload, or list any content unless registered as a dealer.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.

  • Impersonate other users or businesses.

  • Scrape, copy, or republish listings without permission.

  • Bypass or interfere with the Site’s functionality or security.

4. Listings and Dealer Responsibility

  • Dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the listings they publish.

  • The Site does not verify the condition, ownership, or legality of listed vehicles.

  • All listings are considered offers to be contacted, not offers for direct sale through the platform.

5. No Guarantees or Liability for Listings

  • The Site does not guarantee the availability, quality, or condition of any item listed.

  • We are not a party to any transaction or communication between users and dealers.

  • We do not guarantee any outcome from using the Site or contacting listed dealers.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including logos, layout, text, and graphics, is the property of [Your Company Name] unless otherwise stated.

  • Dealers retain rights to their listing content but grant the Site a license to display, promote, and publish it as part of the service.

7. Privacy
